  1. Plug in your ElipSwitch, ensuring your system is operational
  2. Users are automatically notified when the shared drive becomes available for file sharing
  3. Drag and drop files to the shared drive for group collaboration, storage and distribution of your files

Not only will you have access to a robust shared file repository, but it will now be possible to establish both shared and private folders, or ‘zones’, within your file server. This way, some user files may be segregated to specific user groups, while others may be posted to public directories for group access1.
